MrBeast may be in for some unwanted competition from arguably the most competitive man to ever live, Cristiano Ronaldo
Is any record safe from the hands of this man?
If you like soccer, or even if you don’t like the sport, you’ll have heard of Cristiano Ronaldo – he’s what Tom Brady is to football.
While, and I might get in trouble in the comments for saying this, Messi is the better soccer player – Ronaldo brings that wow factor.
For the last two decades there have been arguments over who out of the two is the greatest player to grace the pitch. While some claim the title is Diego Maradona’s or Pele’s, I personally think the Inter Miami Argentine takes the cake.
But all good things come to an end, they dominated the scene from 2008 until 2023, and now it seems CR7 is casting his eyes on records away from sport.
In soccer, he holds over 100 records – 18 of them are world records, while the remaining are split between European records, the different leagues he’s played in and club records too.

Now, MrBeast has someone breathing down his neck as he absolutely destroyed the record he set on YouTube by gaining 20 million subscribers in just 24 hours.
According to a fan account dedicated to the sporting icon, it took philanthropist Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, 132 days to reach 10 million subscribers, at which point he became the fastest YouTuber to reach the milestone.
Ronaldo did it in less than 12 hours.
He did generate that many subscribers in that time but… technically it took him 44 days to hit 10 million subscribers, as his account was created on July 8 – although, that’s still impressive.

But I guess the team behind his YouTube channel, which is titled ‘UR – Cristiano’ with the handle @cristiano, needed 43 days to get it up and running before showcasing Ronaldo to the world.
In just over a day he has generated more than 40 million views on the 12 videos he has already uploaded, and they’ve given a great insight into his life, his family and his mindset.
Despite him having a dozen videos in his content library already, there is only a combined watch time of just over 16 minutes.
But they are all snippets of what we can expect to see from him.
But can he really challenge MrBeast’s dynasty that dates back as far as 2012?
