Oasis fans have queued for hours on Ticketmaster
A number of Oasis fans are frustrated to have missed out on invites to a private ballot for what’s expected to be the band’s final tour dates.
Many who missed out on tickets the first time round have queued for hours on Ticketmaster to hopefully secure a seat at the hottest ticket in town.
The reunion tour will be the first time Liam and Noel Gallagher have performed together since 2009, amid a breakdown in their relationship.

Though, due to high demand, Oasis has added two more dates to their Wembley shows on 27 and 28 September.
This brings their original 14 dates across the UK and Ireland to 19.
But fans have been complaining about the same thing when asked to join the private ballot.
To get confirmation, Ticketmaster have asked fans to fill out a form, which doesn’t appear to be working for some people.
Taking to X, one fan wrote: “Anyone else getting this far for the new ballot confirmation but not receiving the follow up email?
“Genuinely done this about 10 times in the last hour but still no email in inbox or junk, even tried switching it to phone number.”

On the email glitch, a second person fumed: “Oi! @TicketmasterUK @oasis where’s my email for the ballot? 30 years of buying records, seeing Oasis live on every tour, pre sale ballot entered, no code, six+ hours queueing logged into my account – tix sold out. No additional date email.”
While a third also commented: “Entered a ballot to be in with the chance of winning a place in a ballot to get Oasis tickets and I haven’t got my confirmation email.”
Despite complaints, it seems some fans have received their confirmation email overnight.
One person tweeted: “Just received an email from Oasis asking if I want to join the ballot for two tickets for new shows at Wembley!”
Someone else penned: “Emails are going out for the Oasis ballot, I have received one and I’m confirmed for possibly getting in the ballot, there’s still hope, after the hours I spent trying I deserve a bloody ticket.”

This comes after a statement announcing the details of the private ballot read: “Invitations to enter private ballot will be sent overnight tonight (Saturday) to eligible fans we have been able to identify.
“If you signed into your Ticketmaster UK account on Saturday August 31, and you were able to join a queue for a specific show, but didn’t get a ticket, then you may be eligible to take part and will receive an email on how to register for the ballot.
“Keep an eye on the inbox associated with your Ticketmaster account and don’t forget to check your junkmail.
“Once successfully registered, you will be entered into the ballot for a code to access the final Wembley on sale.
“Due to the demand for the shows and to avoid last week’s long queues, codes will be strictly limited.
“Entry to the ballot does not guarantee you will receive a code.
“The ballot is only open to invited fans. You must register with the email to which your invitation was sent and which is registered with your Ticketmaster account.
“All other entries will be discounted. If you do not receive an email then unfortunately you will not be eligible for the ballot.
“You will be automatically discounted from the ballot, even if you go through the registration process.”
LADbible has contacted Ticketmaster for comment.
