Brittany and Briana Salyers are twin sisters who just so happen to be married to twin brothers Josh and Jeremy
Two sets of twins gave birth to baby boys that have the same genetics as though they were brothers despite being cousins. Yeah, I know, this sounds like some kind of mind f**k riddle but it’s very real in this case.
Brittany and Briana Salyers are an identical set of twin sisters who were already pretty viral just for the fact they are married to twin brothers, Josh and Jeremy.
And after their weddings in 2018, each couple welcomed their first children – both just so happening to have little boys. Of course, this again amazed people as they became obsessed with the identical couples having photographically identical lives.

In early 2021, the first couple became parents to Jett and then just a few months later, in April, the second couple became parents to Jax.
I mean, you think they’d mix up the first letters to help us out a bit.
You’d probably be forgiven for not being able to work out the relation that Jett and Jax are to one another, given that they share more genes than the average pair of cousins. Although, now the boys are older, it’s a little easier to spot the difference as one has much darker hair than the other.
So the boys’ mothers broke it down for us, having shared a photo on Instagram, writing: “Jett and Jax: Cousins, Genetic Brothers, and Quaternary Twins!”
Quaternary multiples is the term used to describe the offspring of couples made up of two sets of identical twins.
But even with the explanation, many people still couldn’t quite wrap their heads around the unusual family tree. “Does this mean that they have identical DNA?” one asked. Another commented: “How are they genetic brothers exactly?”
A third then replied: “Their mothers and fathers are identical twins. Both sets of parents then had kids. Same exact DNA created both. Make sense?”
Others stepped in to try and explain the situation, with one saying: “Identical twins share the same DNA and both sets of parents are identical.”
Another added: “If this family took an ancestry DNA Test it would show these babies as siblings, not cousins!”

The couples tied the knot back in August 2018, going all out with a ‘Twice Upon a Time’ joint ceremony at the 2018 Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio.
The quartet had previously admitted they were looking to get pregnant at the same time in TLC documentary Our Twinsane Wedding.
Jeremy said: “We want to have twins, and we want them to be born on the same day… We’ll be raising our families together as well. That’s something we’re all on the same page about too.”
And while their respective relationships may seem fairly unorthodox to most, they’ve have said in the past there is a line – explaining that there’s no partner swapping between the siblings.
