The singer was reportedly found dead outside a hotel
Former One Direction member Liam Payne has reportedly passed away at 31.
Per Reuters, the singer was found dead outside a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He reportedly fell from the hotel’s third floor.
Local newspapers La Nacion and Clarin reported the tragic news on Wednesday (October 16), citing emergency services and officials at the scene.
They reported that police were called to the hotel in response to an emergency of ‘an aggressive man who could be under the effects of drugs and alcohol.’
Ambulance workers later confirmed that Payne died after he was found in an interior hotel patio, per Reuters.
